NEW TUESDAY TERM AT BRYN CELYNNOG ONLY

Hi All,

Just a quick reminder that our new term is starting on this coming Tuesday 5th October,

If you haven't already paid then the remaining non-refundable balance of £60 will be due by this Tuesday 5th October please.

Please take note and follow our swim school Covid rules , as set by Bryn Celynnog school themselves.

1) CHILDREN TO COME POOL READY PLEASE

2) THEY WILL BE GREETED AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND TAKEN POOLSIDE BY US

2a) Parents/guardians are not allowed in building at this point and no toilet facilities will be available either

3) PARENTS ARE THEN TO TAKE, EASY TO TAKE OFF, TOWELS AND SLIDERS BACK TO CAR WITH THEM

4) PARENTS ARE TO COME TO MAIN CHANGING ROOMS TO COLLECT CHILDREN FROM US AT 5 TO 5 PM (CLASS 1, 4.30-5PM LESSON) and at 25 PAST 5 PM (CLASS 2, 5 -5.30PM LESSON)PLEASE, NO EARLIER.

5) UNFORTUNATELY TOILETS AND SHOWERS ARE NOT IN USE.

6) PLEASE UTILISE ALL OTHER CHANGING ROOMS, WEAR A MASK AND TRY TO SOCIALLY DISTANCE AS BEST YOU CAN, SPENDING MINIMUM TIME INSIDE THE BUILDING.

As well as the main pool male/female changing rooms, there are 2 others you can utilise(but is also used by the wider community)

These are situated , The brown door directly to your left on entering the building, and the brown door directly in front of you on entering the building. WE WILL PUT A POSTER UP ON THE DOORS.

Please note , these rules are mandatory and set out by the school, if our lessons aren't seen as following the rules , our swim school could be in jeopardy of losing our space.

As such we expect you to police yourselves as we will be teaching poolside and haven't enough staff to monitor the situation.
