UPDATED COVID PROCEDURES JANUARY 2022

January 2022 TREORCHY UPDATED COVID PROCEDURES ​ Can parents with single swimmers use outer benches in changing area and parents with multiple swimmers use centre benches this will help with exit flow. No access to and from male changing area through the barn as it is not part of our facilities and breaks Covid rules to enter, access to male changing via path at side of building only Due to Level 2 Covid regulations being in place for RCT leisure services we have had to bring our covid procedures into line with them If YOU or any MEMBER of your HOUSEHOLD has tested POSITIVE for COVID please DO NOT ATTEND PLEASE TAKE A LATERAL FLOW TEST BEFORE ATTENDING NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED AT POOLSIDE We CANNOT allow Parents Poolside as of 17/01/22. We are sorry for this change and hope that it will be only for a short period of time. Please arrive 10 min before your child's lesson Please ensure your child is beach ready, with easy to get off and put on clothes Please drop child with staff member and return to your car, with your child's belongings until lesson end time. ( Please sit in cloakroom if you haven't got a car) MASKS are Mandatory within school pool building. Please use HAND SANITIZER provided Please stick to the left on entry in an orderly queue , we will take the children directly to the pool. Once we have the children please cross to the other side of changing room and exit .(ONE WAY) Please keep a check on information up on the changing room wall/website/facebook/instagram account, to know which week we are on WEEK A OR WEEK B (More information to follow) Please return to changing room to change the children after lessons at your ALLOTTED TIME. PLEASE TRY TO TAKE NO MORE THAN 5 MIN TO CHANGE AND LEAVE. Please encourage older children to dress themselves and meet you outside Please bear with us during these difficult times, we want to do all we can to keep this vital swimming lesson facility open for our children and hopefully sometime in the near future we can return to normal running.
